By registering your organization, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property Rights
Artwork Submissions: By submitting artwork via our registration form, you certify that you have legal rights of use of the artwork and are in no way infringing on trademark or copyright law.
Spirit Hoops: Spirit Hoops, Inc, is the owner of the Spirit Hoops trademarks displayed on our website and other marketing materials. The Spirit Hoops product is a patent protected product and cannot be recreated or simulated without express written consent from Spirit Hoops, Inc.
Fundraising Package Contents
Upon registering your organization, Spirit Hoops will prepare your no upfront cost fundraising package, the contents of which will include:
- Ten (10) Pairs of high-quality, 50mm stainless steel hoop earrings with customized Spirit Hoops covers, packaged in Spirit Hoops labelled gift boxes..
- The custom covers will be designed to include your logo.
- No proofs or design confirmations will be provided prior to your package being created and shipped.
- Two (2) additional pairs of high-quality 50mm stainless steel hoop earrings with customized Spirit Hoops covers. Yours to keep at no cost.
Shipping Method and Timeframe
Spirit Hoops, Inc. will make a best faith effort to fulfill and ship your order, via USPS on the date requested on your organization registration form. We can make no guarantee of our ability to ship on your requested date.
NOTE: PLEASE KEEP YOUR SHIPPING BOX IN CASE OF RETURN.
Spirit Hoops, Inc. will accept all returns within 20 business days of your order fulfillment date. Simply request a return, via email to (email@example.com) and we will send you a prepaid and printable USPS return label to ship your products back. You can also use the original shipping box to avoid any packaging costs.
You will receive an invoice via email to the email address submitted on your registration form no more than 30 business days after your registration. Your invoice can be paid online via credit card.
Each pair of earrings sent to you will be charged at a cost of $6.00 per pair for a total invoice amount of $60.00 USD. The cost of any items which you return within the 20 day return period will be subtracted from your bill.
Subsequent orders can be placed at anytime by submitting payment for your initial set of 10 pairs of earrings. Minimum order amounts may be required.
